目的:比较研究白苏中总黄酮的逆流提取工艺及其特点。方法:采用三级逆流提取工艺和三效逆流提取技术提取白苏中总黄酮,并与常规热回流提取工艺进行了比较。结果:与常规热回流提取工艺相比,三级逆流提取工艺和三效逆流提取工艺提取率结果相当,但溶剂用量明显减少,提取时间明显缩短。结论:逆流提取工艺相比传统的中药提取工艺有明显的优势,值得在中药工业生产中推广应用。
Objective: To comparatively study the countercurrent extraction technology and its characteristics of total flavonoids in white. Methods: Three-stage countercurrent extraction and three-effect countercurrent extraction were used to extract the total flavonoids from white sassafras. The results were compared with the conventional heat reflux extraction. Results: Compared with the conventional heat reflux extraction process, the results of the three-stage counter-current extraction process and the three-effect countercurrent extraction process were similar, but the amount of solvent was obviously reduced and the extraction time was obviously shortened. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine, countercurrent extraction has obvious advantages and should be popularized and applied in industrial production of traditional Chinese medicine.
