以尾赤桉继代幼苗茎段作为外植体,研究不同质量分数组合的TDZ/NAA对愈伤和不定芽分化及植株再生培养的影响.结果表明:改良MS+TDZ 0.05 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L培养基效果最好,可获得高达80%的不定芽诱导,每个愈伤组织可以产生10~20个有效芽.获得的分化苗在无TDZ和NAA培养基中的壮苗效果好.
The effects of TDZ / NAA with different mass fractions on the differentiation of callus and adventitious buds and plant regeneration were studied using the stem segments of Eucalyptus urophylla and Eucalyptus urophylla as explants.The results showed that the best combination of MS + TDZ 0.05 mg / L + NAA 0.5 mg / L medium had the best effect, up to 80% induction of adventitious buds could be obtained, and 10 ~ 20 effective buds could be produced in each callus.The strong seedling effect of the obtained differentiation seedlings in the medium without TDZ and NAA it is good.
