目的探讨血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)与慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)早期肾损伤的关系。方法对2004年泸州医学院附属医院感染科44例慢性乙型肝炎(轻度)住院患者用双抗体夹心ELISA法和放射免疫法测定血清TGF-β1、HGF和尿α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)、尿微量白蛋白(mALB)质量浓度并与20名健康人作对照。结果44例CHB中早期肾损害组24例,无肾损害组20例;慢性乙型肝炎患者血清TGF-β1、HGF高于对照组(P<0.01);早期肾损害组患者血清TGF-β1、HGF明显高于无肾损害组患者(P<0.01);且血清TGF-β1、HGF与早期肾损害指标:尿α1-MG、mALB质量浓度呈正相关(r分别=0.718,0.683,0.664,0.637)。结论慢性乙型肝炎早期肾损害患者血清TGF-β1、HGF均升高,可能是机体损害与抗损害反馈调节所致。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and early renal injury in chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods 44 patients with chronic hepatitis B (mild) inpatients admitted to Department of Infectious Diseases, Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College in 2004 were enrolled in this study. Serum TGF-β1, HGF and urinary α1 microglobulin (α1-MG) were measured by sandwich ELISA and radioimmunoassay ), Urine microalbumin (mALB) concentration and compared with 20 healthy people. Results Serum levels of TGF-β1 and HGF were significantly higher in patients with chronic hepatitis B than those in control group (P <0.01). Serum levels of TGF-β1, HGF was significantly higher than that of patients without renal damage (P <0.01). Serum TGF-β1 and HGF were positively correlated with urinary α1-MG and mALB (r = 0.718,0.683 and 0.664,0.637, . Conclusion Serum levels of TGF-β1 and HGF are elevated in patients with chronic renal failure of chronic hepatitis B, which may be due to the feedback regulation of body damage and anti-damage.
