糕点是直接人口的食品,其卫生质量问题尤为重要,一些食品加工场所加工的糕点卫生质量问题更为突出。为此,我们于1993~1996年对本区食品厂和食品加工场生产的糕点进行抽样监测。现将结果报告如下。
Pastry is the food of the direct population. The quality of its hygiene is of particular importance. The quality of pastry hygiene processed in some food processing places is even more prominent. To this end, we conducted sampling surveys of the cakes produced in the food factories and food processing factories in the area from 1993 to 1996. The results reported below.
