最近不少作者注意到急性心肌梗死(简称AMI)时异常P波和左心衰竭有关,但均未进行动力学检查。本组观察了30例AMI患者,其临床过程、心电图及SGOT改变均符合本病。其中男21例,女9例,年龄39岁~83岁。住院期间死亡2例(7%)。每例在入院后立即进行右心导管检查。左房平均压(Meanleft atrial pressure,简称LAm)的推算是:用Cournand导管者以肺动脉舒张压,而用直流导管者以肺动脉楔压(即肺毛细血管压—译者注)来估计。常规描绘12个导联心电图,重点测量Ⅱ导联P波间期和V_1导联的P波终末电势(P terminal force in leadV_1,简称PTF—V_1)(图)。为了分析心电图和压力
Recently, many authors noticed that abnormal P wave was related to left heart failure in acute myocardial infarction (AMI), but none of them were subjected to kinetic examination. The group observed 30 patients with AMI, the clinical course, ECG and SGOT changes are in line with this disease.
