目的探讨综合心理护理干预对抑郁症患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2013年10月—2015年12月三明市台江医院收治的抑郁症患者96例,随机分为干预组与对照组,各48例。两组患者均采用常规药物治疗,对照组按照精神科常规护理方法实施护理,干预组在对照组基础上给予针对性的综合心理护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及干预后特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)评分。结果 HAMD评分时间与方法间无交互作用(P>0.05);HAMD评分时间间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAMD评分组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后2、4、6周HAMD评分干预组患者HAMD评分低于对照组,两组患者干预后2、4、6周HAMD评分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组积极应对TCSQ评分高于对照组,消极应对TCSQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合心理护理干预能有效激活抑郁患者自身的自愈潜能,学会自我管理,主动调整情绪,保持积极向上的良好心态,主动适应社会。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with depression. Methods Ninety-six patients with depression who were treated in Sanming City Taijiang Hospital from October 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 48 cases each. The two groups of patients were treated with conventional drugs, the control group in accordance with the practice of psychiatric care routine care, intervention group on the basis of the control group to give targeted comprehensive psychological care intervention. The Hamilton Depression Inventory (HAMD) score and the TCSQ score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention. Results There was no interaction between HAMD score and time (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in HAMD score between time points (P <0.05). There was significant difference between HAMD score groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). HAMD scores of HAMD score intervention group at 2, 4, and 6 weeks after intervention were lower than those of control group Week HAMD score was lower than before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the intervention, the TCSQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the negative response TCSQ score was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can effectively activate the self-healing potential of patients with depression, learn self-management, take the initiative to adjust their emotions, maintain a positive attitude and take the initiative to adapt to the society.
