中南华东地区隧道专业經驗交流会議,于63年10月7日在第四設計院召开,会議在武昌告一段落后,于10月17日赴长沙继續举行会議,并参观长沙隧道,会議于10月20日完滿結束。参加这次会議的代表較为广泛,除本地区外,还有其它地区一些有关的路內外单位前来参加;計有:各鉄路局、各工程局、鉄道兵、各兄弟設計院、研究院所、及高等学校等34个单位,71人。会議收到交流文件63篇;会議期間組織了37次报告;內容非常丰富,有設計理論、施工經驗、养护維修經驗、科学研究成果調查报告国內外科技情况介紹等等。唐山鉄道学院高渠清教授,在大会上作了題为:《論地下結构物計算理論的演变及研究方法》的报告,指出了今后地下結构研究的方向,上海市城建局王振信工程师,在《用盾构法修建隧道》的报告对当前国內外盾构的結构、
