专家点评本文针对目前中药材市场大量的栽培中药材、进口和短缺中药材在流通和药用过程中出现的问题进行评述,给出了作者的建议,其内容丰富,是值得从事中医、中药专业人员阅读的很有价值的论文。中药材的质量关系到中医药事业的发展,关系到人民用药的安全有效。近年来,伴随着栽培中药材和进口中药材的大量涌入国内市场,一些药材异地栽培后性状变异较大,一些进口中药材基源不清、真伪难辨或产地加工方法不详,使短缺中药材质量下降,伪劣品增多。这些问题的存在,造成中药材市场的新的混乱,如不予以重视,认真研究解决,将会影响到中医治疗的效果,破坏中医生存的条件,严重威胁人民用药的安全有效。
Expert review This article reviews the current problems in circulation and medicinal use of a large number of cultivated Chinese herbal medicines, imports, and shortages of Chinese herbal medicines in the Chinese herbal medicine market. The author’s recommendations are given. They are rich in content and are worthy of being engaged in Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. People read valuable papers. The quality of Chinese herbal medicines is related to the development of Chinese medicine and relates to the safe and effective use of drugs by the people. In recent years, with the large number of cultivated Chinese herbal medicines and imported Chinese herbal medicines influxing into the domestic market, some medicinal herbs have undergone large variations after cultivation in different locations. Some imported Chinese herbal medicines have unclear origins, are difficult to distinguish between authenticity, or the processing methods of producing areas are unknown, causing shortages. The quality of Chinese medicinal materials has declined, and fake and inferior products have increased. The existence of these problems has caused new confusion in the Chinese herbal medicine market. If we do not attach importance to it, serious research and resolution will affect the effectiveness of Chinese medicine treatment, undermine the conditions for survival of traditional Chinese medicine, and seriously threaten the safety and effectiveness of people’s medication.
