目的探查福建省某监狱男性服刑人员述情障碍状况。方法采用随机抽样方法,使用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)对355名男性服刑人员进行测量。结果男性服刑人员述情障碍总均分为(54.15±8.70),其中,高述情障碍者占26.2%;男性服刑人员述情障碍得分明显高于男性大学生和正常人群体(d=0.85,0.62);在受教育程度因素上,男性服刑人员述情障碍差异显著(F=9.42,P<0.001);暴力犯述情障碍得分显著高于非暴力犯(t=2.37,P<0.05)。结论男性服刑人员述情障碍状况较为严重。
Objective To investigate the situation of the impediment of male prisoners in a prison in Fujian Province. Methods A random sample of 355 male inmates was measured using the Toronto Symptom Checker Barrier (TAS-20). Results The total mean score of the reported impediments in male prisoners was (54.15 ± 8.70), of whom 26.2% were those with high escalation. The scores of the escalation of male imprisonment were significantly higher than those of male college students and normal subjects (d = 0.85,0.62 (F = 9.42, P <0.001). The score of violent offender disorder was significantly higher than that of non-violent offender (t = 2.37, P <0.05). Conclusions Male inmates have a more serious condition disorder.
