降水量资料是分析河流洪枯水情、流域旱情的基础,文中从原始降水量资料的观测过程到降水量资料的整编审查过程逐过程分析常出现的问题及其解决办法,经过整编之后的降水量资料广泛应用于水资源评估调度及水利工程规划、防洪减灾和旱情监测预报、水资源管理与开发利用、水环境保护、水科学研究等各种领域,对提高降水量资料精度具有重要的影响意义。
Precipitation data is the basis for the analysis of flood and drought conditions in rivers.
