提高教师信息素养是推进素质教育、深化课程改革的必然要求。当前农村中小学教师的信息素养存在信息意识淡薄、信息知识贫乏、信息能力不足和信息道德观念偏颇等问题。针对农村中小学教师的信息素养问题,从观念、信息化建设条件及文化等角度进行了归因分析,并从转变教育观念、增大投入力度、营造和谐的信息氛围、完善培训体系等方面探讨提升农村中小学教师信息素养的有效途径。
Improving Teachers’ Information Literacy Is a Necessary Requirement to Promote Quality Education and Deepen Curriculum Reform. At present, the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas has such problems as weak awareness of information, poor information knowledge, inadequate information ability and biased information ethics. In view of the information literacy of teachers in primary and middle schools in rural areas, this paper analyzes attribution from the perspectives of the concept, the conditions of information construction and culture, and discusses the transformation of educational concepts, increasing investment, creating a harmonious atmosphere of information and perfecting the training system An Effective Way to Improve Teachers’ Information Literacy in Rural Areas.
