目前许多勘测设计单位挂着事业单位的牌子却从事着企业一样的经营活动,如何适应形势,不断改善和加强财务管理,已经成为该类单位急需解决的问题。本文从勘测设计单位的几个共同特点为切入点,针对当前勘测设计单位财务管理中存在的几个突出问题进行重点剖析,对症下药,提出了解决方案和应对策略。 At present, many survey and design institutes hang the sign of institutions that are engaged in the same business activities of enterprises. How to adapt to the situation and continuously improve and strengthen financial management have become urgent problems to be solved by such units.
