北京市朝阳区教委与北京“读你心意”心理咨询中心合作,在全区6所职业学校中开展以心理健康教育为重点的“职业高中健心工程”。“健心工程”开展以来,各学校积极探索心理健康教育进校园之路,取得了明显成效。下面的一组文章从理论的高度阐述了心理健康教育对青少年成长的重要性,展示了学校实施心理健康教育举措、经验和成果。从中我们可以看出,“健心工程”实施以来,职业学校的教师自身素质有了哪些提高,学生的心理问题如何得到有效地解决,希望能给读者一些启迪。
Beijing Chaoyang District Board of Education and Beijing “read your heart” Psychological Counseling Center in the region to carry out six vocational schools to focus on mental health education, “Vocational High School Health Care Project.” Since the “Healthy Project”, all schools have actively explored the road of mental health education into the campus and achieved remarkable results. The following set of articles elaborates the importance of mental health education to the growth of adolescents from a theoretical perspective and shows the initiatives, experiences and achievements of mental health education in schools. From which we can see that since the implementation of “Jianxin Project”, how to improve the quality of teachers in vocational schools and how to solve the students’ psychological problems in the hope of giving readers some enlightenment?
