现将苏联1976年建筑法规和西德工业标准中关于除铁除锰的条文编译出来,供大学参考。苏联1976年建筑法规给水部分(CH 11-31-74)中水的除铁一章所列条文:一、生活饮用水水源中含铁量超过0.3毫克/升时应进行除铁。注:在个别情况下,经卫生防疫站同意,地下水中含铁量在1毫克/升以下时,可不除铁。工业用水除铁的必要性应根据工艺要求确定。二、地表水的除铁应和澄清、去色同时进行,此时构筑物的组成与澄清、去色所用的构筑物相似。注:水中有亚铁存在时,可先曝气或加石灰进行预处理。三、地下水除铁方法的选择、计算参数和药剂投加量应根据在水源地进行工艺试验研究的结果确
The provisions of the Soviet Union’s 1976 Building Code and the West German Industrial Standard on iron and manganese removal are now compiled for reference by universities. The provisions of the iron removal section of the Soviet Union’s Water Supply Regulations (CH 11-31-74) in the Soviet Union’s Building Regulations (1976): 1. Iron removal should be carried out when the amount of iron in the drinking water source exceeds 0.3 mg/l. Note: In individual cases, with the consent of the Sanitation and Anti-epidemic Station, iron may not be removed if the iron content in groundwater is below 1 mg/l. The necessity of removing iron from industrial water should be determined according to the process requirements. 2. The removal of iron from surface water should be carried out simultaneously with clarification and decolorization. At this time, the composition of the structure is similar to that used for clarification and decolorization. Note: In the presence of ferrous iron in water, aeration or liming may be used for pretreatment. 3. The selection, calculation parameters and dosage of the groundwater iron removal method should be based on the results of the process test study at the water source.
