1987年7月4～7日在北京召开了自国内公开发行后的编委会第二届全体会议.刘兴洲同志在开幕式会上讲了两年来贯彻上届编委会制定的办刊方针的情况,强调了本刊在选题上仍以航天部所属动力装置的研制为主,适当反映部外有关技术情况;以工程技术为主,适当反映一些理论研究;以国内成果为主,适当对国外发展情况进行分析和报道.对今后两年出版的重点内容及新的编委会组成作了说明.编辑部主编梁允中同志汇报了二年来编辑部的工作情况及下一步打算,包括准备与国外交流等问题.
