对连杆轴承进行了应变测量及试验研究。由应变测量中可以看出,连杆依dp/dt的变化而激起的纵向振荡。其振荡的振幅不仅引起了活塞销及活塞的振荡变形,而且还由于建杆的纵向变形,使活塞在气缸纵向方向产生明显的摆振运动。在连杆轴承上,高的dp/dt值不会引起轴心轨迹的变化。而润滑间隙内的压力变化表明,连杆纵向振动是首要因素,它会产生高频交变润滑间隙压力,而且在某些情况下会产生穴蚀现象。
