将本地不同颜色的苏丹草种子进行隔离繁殖,经过3年逐代去杂去劣,选出颜色一致的黑稃苏丹草。用Υ射线辐照黑稃苏丹草,分析辐照剂量对苏丹草的影响。结果表明,60CO—Υ射线对苏丹草有明显的抑制和损伤作用,使苏丹草出苗期延迟,植株高度降低,M1平均单穗种子粒数减少。辐照群体的变异系数大于对照,说明辐照可扩大变异范围,增加选择机会。
The local different colors of sudangrass seeds for isolation and breeding, after three generations to substandard to bad, choose the same color black sand sudan grass. Irradiation of S. sudangra with Υ-ray and its effect on sudangrass were analyzed. The results showed that 60CO-γ ray significantly inhibited and injured Sudan grass, delayed the emergence of Sudan grass and reduced the height of Sudan grass, while the average grain number per MI of M1 decreased. The coefficient of variation of irradiation population is larger than that of control, indicating that irradiation can expand the scope of variation and increase the chance of selection.
