近年来,设计和施工部门采用空心砖的呼声越来越高,出现了发展空心砖,特别是发展非承重空心砖的好势头。在这种形势下,锦州地区黑山县几家乡镇企业开始生产非承重空心砖。下面以黑山县空心砖厂(原黑山县大虎山公社砖瓦厂)和我所共同研制的,规格为240×175×115毫米(副规格为115×175×115毫米),水平双孔,孔洞率为52.7%,容重为800～850公斤/立方米,当量导热系数小于0.4千卡/米·时·度的非承重空心砖(以下简称空心砖)为例,分析一下它的经济效益。
In recent years, the use of hollow bricks by design and construction departments has become increasingly demanding, and the development of hollow bricks has emerged, especially the development of non-load-bearing hollow bricks. In this situation, several township and village enterprises in Heishan County, Jinzhou began producing non-load-bearing hollow bricks. In the following, the Heishan County hollow brick factory (formerly the Dahushan commune brick factory in Heishan County) and our company jointly developed specifications of 240×175×115 millimeters (sub-standard 115×175×115 millimeters) with horizontal double holes. For example, the non-load-bearing hollow bricks (hereinafter referred to as hollow bricks) with a rate of 52.7%, a bulk density of 800-850 kg/m3, and an equivalent thermal conductivity of less than 0.4 kcal/m·h·degree, were analyzed for their economic benefits.
