2006年1月25日下午“光威集团2005年工作总结暨2006年工作会议”在西海工业园隆重召开。公司领导层和200余名在职干部会聚一堂,共商发展大计。会议就2005年的工作情况进行了总结,并对2006年的工作进行了调整和安排。下午两点整,各分厂与会人员早已到场,大会会场座无虚席。在热烈的气氛中,公司副总经理卢钊钧主持并宣布大会开始。会议首先由各直属子公司和直属重要部门对自己2005年的本职工作和生产经营情况作了总结报告。根据汇报情况,2005年公司的产品产量和效益与2004年相比略有下降,全公司在领导层的带领下继续实行“重质量、讲信誉”的方针,及时地保证了产品供应。在“以人为本、诚信立业”的理念指导下,公司继续加强企业的管理。2005年,公司经受了台风、暴雨暴雪等多种自然灾害的考验,全体员工上下一心、团结一致,保证了生产的持续稳定进行。随后,刚刚任职的公司总经理刘安昌代表公司领导层做了重要的讲话。在讲话中刘总对过去一年的工作进行了评价,并对公司2006年的工作计划和生产完成目标提出了具体的规划。最后,刘总对新年公司的工作提出了希望和要求,希望公司全体干部在新一届领导班子的带领下,各部门之间继续加强学习,团结协作,明确职能分工,开创新的工作局面,并再次给各位及其他公司员工拜年,祝愿新的一年大家万事如意、工作顺利。
