目的:研究芪胶升白胶囊对正常小鼠及免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响,为该药的临床应用及开发提供科学、全面的数据资料。方法:80只小鼠,随机分为对照组,贞芪扶正颗粒4.0g/kg剂量组,芪胶升白胶囊0.5g/kg,1.0g/kg,2.0g/kg剂量组,环磷酰胺组,环磷酰胺+贞芪扶正颗粒4.0g/kg剂量组,环磷酰胺+芪胶升白胶囊0.5g/kg,1.0g/kg,2.0g/kg剂量组,分组第1天,后5组腹腔注射环磷酰胺50mg/kg,连续给药4天,制造免疫抑制小鼠模型,对照组及环磷酰胺组的小鼠每天灌胃蒸馏水0.4ml/只,其他各组小鼠每天按上述剂量灌胃0.4ml/只,14天后,碳廓清实验检测小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、MTT法检测小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力、血清溶血素实验测定小鼠血清中溶血素含量,并计算各组小鼠免疫器官指数。结果:与对照组比较,贞芪扶正颗粒组,芪胶升白胶囊0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg剂量组的小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强(29.54%、36.36%、45.45%、29.54%)、小鼠血清溶血素含量升高(57.69%、80.77%、76.62%、76.62%);贞芪扶正颗粒组、芪胶升白胶囊1.0g/kg剂量组的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力提高(126.19%、89.29%);贞芪扶正颗粒组,芪胶升白胶囊各剂量组小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数无显著增加。与环磷酰胺组比较,环磷酰胺+贞芪扶正颗粒组,环磷酰胺+芪胶升白胶囊0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg剂量组小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强(38.89%、30.56%、33.33%、36.11%)、小鼠血清溶血素含量明显升高(213.33%、213.33%、180.00%、186.67%);小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力显著提高(142.42%、266.67%、278.79%、396.97%);环磷酰胺+贞芪扶正颗粒组,环磷酰胺+芪胶升白胶囊2.0g/kg剂量组小鼠胸腺指数显著增加(35.00%、30.00%)。结论:一定剂量的芪胶升白胶囊不仅能增强正常小鼠机体的免疫功能,还能明显增强免疫抑制小鼠机体的免疫功能。

Conclusion: A certain dose of stilbene capsule can not only enhance the immune function of normal mice, but also enhance the immune function of immunosuppressed mice.
