本文在原来关于垂直降膜冷凝传热研究的基础上,为进一步强化冷凝传热,在V型垂直沟槽管上和光滑管上加装了倾斜式疏液盘,对流体力学与传热过程进行了理论与实验研完。对不同盘间距的沟槽管与光滑管进行了实验,探讨了最佳盘间距的问题。在模型与实验的基础上,提出了带盘沟槽管的冷凝传热计算式。计算与实验均表明,垂直冷凝表面加装疏液盘后,传热膜系数会有显著提高。
In this paper, based on the original research on vertical falling film condensation heat transfer, in order to further strengthen the condensation heat transfer, a tilt type lyophobic tray is installed on the V-shaped vertical grooved pipe and the smooth pipe to control the fluid mechanics and heat transfer process Have finished the theory and experiment finished. Based on the model and the experiment, the calculation formula of the condensation heat transfer of the grooved pipe with disk is proposed. Both calculation and experiment show that the coefficient of heat transfer film will increase significantly after adding liquid repellent disk to vertical condensation surface.
