5CrMnMo钢是目前国内外广泛应用的中碳低合金热锻模具钢。一近年来,对该钢的组织与性能之间的关系进行了大量的研究。研究指出,适当提高钢的淬火温度,可使钢的K_(1C)值明显提高。在500℃长时间回火,亦能提高钢的K_(1C)值。从而改善了模具的内在质量和提高了使用寿命。
5CrMnMo steel is widely used in domestic and international carbon low-alloy hot forging die steel. In recent years, a great deal of research has been conducted on the relationship between the organization and properties of the steel. It is pointed out that the K_ (1C) value of steel can be obviously increased by properly increasing the quenching temperature of steel. Tempering at 500 ℃ for a long time can also increase the K_ (1C) value of the steel. Thus improving the inherent quality of the mold and improving the service life.
