作为职工技能培训的重要载体,职工技能培训教材的优劣不仅直接关系到职工技能水平的高低,还与就业工程的实施、职工培训的改革、劳动预备制的实施、技能型人才成长等方面存在着千丝万缕的联系。但是我国当前的职工技能培训教材存在着数量少、实用性不强、针对性差、内容陈旧、教材不配套、编制不严谨等问题。加强职工技能培训教材改革和创新要从四方面着手要适应当前职工教育“看单点菜”的教学模式;应注重实验性教材的编写;应吸纳企业人员编写;应有利推行现代化教学技术。
