目的探讨转化生长因子TGF-β1-509(C/T)基因多态性与不明原因复发性自然流产的关系。方法运用PCR-RFLP技术检测59例不明原因复发性自然流产患者(URSA组)及252例正常孕妇(对照组)TGF-β1-509(C/T)基因多态性。结果 URSA组TGF-β1-509 CC,CT,TT三种基因型频率(%)分别为16.95、67.80、15.25;对照组分别为14.29、46.42、39.29。URSA组转化生长因子TGF-β1-509C、T基因频率(%)分别为50.85、49.15;对照组分别为32.81、67.19。URSA组CT基因型频率明显高于对照组(2=8.732,P=0.003);而TT基因型频率则明显低于对照组(2=12.18,P<0.001)。URSA组C等位基因明显高于对照组,T等位基因明显低于对照组(2=13.846,P<0.001)。结论转化生长因子TGF-β1-509(C/T)基因多态性与URSA的遗传易感性有关,CT基因型可能为URSA的易感因素之一,TT基因型可能为URSA的保护因素之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between TGF-β1-509 (C / T) gene polymorphism and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods The polymorphisms of TGF-β1-509 (C / T) in 59 unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion patients (URSA group) and 252 normal pregnant women (control group) were detected by PCR-RFLP. Results The frequencies (%) of TGF-β1-509 CC, CT and TT genotypes in URSA group were 16.95, 67.80 and 15.25, respectively; the control group were 14.29, 46.42 and 39.29 respectively. URSA group TGF-β1-509C, T gene frequency (%) were 50.85,49.15; control group were 32.81,67.19. The frequency of CT genotype in URSA group was significantly higher than that in control group (2 = 8.732, P = 0.003), while the TT genotype frequency was significantly lower than that in control group (2 = 12.18, P <0.001). The C allele in URSA group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the T allele was significantly lower than that in control group (2 = 13.846, P <0.001). Conclusion The polymorphism of TGF-β1-509 (C / T) gene is related to the genetic predisposition of URSA. CT genotype may be one of the predisposing factors of URSA. TT genotype may be one of the protective factors of URSA .
