49只新生大鼠HIE模型分成高压氧(HBO)治疗组和对照组,分别于模型制作后48小时及七天处死,观察脑大体改变和脑含水量。结果显示,采用2.3ATA治疗三次有明显减轻脑水肿及脑软化作用。脑含水量从90.73%±1.19%减至89.02%±1.86%,脑软化面积从69·92%±29·50%减至22·55%±26·60%。统计学处理有显著性差异。治疗7天组未见减轻脑萎缩及脑囊肿形成;可减轻脑软化,大体无明显改变的从40%减到18%,但无统计学差异。
Forty-nine newborn HIE rats were divided into hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) group and control group. The model rats were sacrificed at 48 hours and seven days respectively after the model was established. Gross brain changes and brain water content were observed. The results showed that treatment with 2.3ATA significantly reduced brain edema and brain softening effect three times. The brain water content decreased from 90.73% ± 1.19% to 89.02% ± 1.86%, and the area of brain softening decreased from 69.92% ± 29.5% to 22.55% ± 26.60%. Statistical analysis showed significant differences. Treatment of 7 days did not reduce the brain atrophy and brain cyst formation; can reduce cerebral softening, generally no significant change from 40% to 18%, but no significant difference.
