利用电弧炉熔炼铜模铸造法,在不同熔炼气氛压力下,制备不同直径的Zr65Cu27.5Al7.5合金试样,研究铸造气氛压力对合金玻璃形成能力的影响。结果表明:该合金的玻璃形成能力对熔炼气氛压力在kPa数量级上的变化就表现出敏感的响应,较低或较高的压力均会使合金的玻璃形成能力降低。合金玻璃形成能力随熔炼气氛压力变化的微观机制与其凝固先析相的晶体结构有关。
Using arc furnace smelting copper mold casting method, the Zr65Cu27.5Al7.5 alloy samples with different diameters were prepared under the pressure of different smelting atmosphere to study the influence of the pressure of casting atmosphere on the glass forming ability. The results show that the glass forming ability of the alloy exhibits a sensitive response to the change of the pressure of the melting atmosphere on the order of kPa. Lower or higher pressure will lower the glass forming ability of the alloy. The microscopic mechanism of the formation ability of alloy glass with the change of pressure in the melting atmosphere is related to the crystal structure of the first phase precipitated.
