新时期以来,国家在电力领域中不断提出新政策,电力企业也不断进行自我改革升级。在国家政策倾斜与电力专家的共同努力下,我国的电力系统正不断向智能电力的发展模式过渡。信息时代背景下,国内电力系统出现了一些新特点。电力系统不断将工作中心转向以服务为中心,电力企业不断提高电力服务水平。新的时代背景、新的工作中心影响下,电力系统的发展也对秘书工作提出了新要求。本文从信息时代背景下秘书工作的新特点出发,解析了秘书工作面临的新挑战,并进一步探讨了秘书工作应对挑战的策略。
Since the new era, the state has constantly proposed new policies in the power sector, and electric power companies have also continuously carried out self-reform and upgrading. In the national policy tilt and the joint efforts of experts in power, China’s power system is continuing to the development mode of smart power transition. In the information era, some new features have emerged in domestic power system. Power systems continue to work center shift to service-oriented, power companies continue to improve the level of power services. New era background, under the influence of the new work center, the development of the power system also put forward new requirements for secretary work. Based on the new characteristics of secretarial work under the background of information age, this paper analyzes the new challenges confronting the secretarial work and further discusses the strategies of the secretarial work in coping with the challenges.
