利用UG软件建立两级给水泵叶轮的简化模型,将该简化模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件中,并对该模型进行动力学分析和模态分析。由于普通的叶轮平行布置会使装置产生很大的轴向推力,因此采用叶轮对称布置来解决轴向推力对装置造成的不良影响,并对改进后的叶轮进行模态分析。分析发现,改进后的叶轮布置其各阶固有频率与之前相差不大,其控制方式与控制策略可以沿用,并为后续的进一步改进与分析提供理论基础。
Using UG software to establish a simplified model of two-stage feed pump impeller, the simplified model is imported into ANSYS Workbench software, and the model is subjected to dynamic analysis and modal analysis. As the common impeller arrangement will make the device produce a great axial thrust, so the impeller symmetrical arrangement to solve the axial thrust on the device caused by the adverse effects, and to improve the impeller modal analysis. The analysis shows that the natural frequencies of the improved impeller arrangement are not different from before, and the control methods and control strategies can be followed, and provide the theoretical basis for the further improvement and analysis.
