针对实验室里高精度轴角编码器在实际工程应用中往往得不到最佳精度性能这一问题,本文结合多年来的产品设计、调试测量以及多条舰上的联试工作来分析如何提高天线轴角编码器的精度。从原理上分析了提高精度的措施;重点叙述了从工程应用角度提高精度的主要措施:测角元件的选择和应用、安装、长线传输、励磁波形改善等等,最后分析了舰上联调时出现的一些具体现象。
