本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析等方法对体育公共服务的概念进行分析,对“体育公共服务”和“公共体育服务”两个概念进行了对比分析,认为体育公共服务这一概念的提法更加的合理,指出了“体育公共服务”的立足点应该是大众对体育需求,以实现广大人民群众的体育公共服务的利益为导向,兼顾公平,最终实现体育公共服务的均等化。最后通过分析比较,认为体育公共服务的供给主体应是以政府为主体的基础上实现供给途径的多元化。
