痔疮虽小,但是往往容易复发,使患者深受困扰。这里推荐一种走路方法可预防痔疮。具体做法:走路时,双脚后跟抬起,只用双脚尖走路。在家中早晚进行两次,每次各走100米左右,要持之以恒,坚持不懈。如此练习用双脚尖走走路,能有利于提肛收气,又能让肛门静脉淤血难以形成痔疮。需要注意的是,此法应该根据身体情况适度练习。也可以在每天在走路的间隙练习,持之以恒才能收到成效。
