将介绍一种带有一程序扫描通道的新型同时发射光谱仪,特别是其在ICP发射光谱法方面的应用。同时该仪器以一种全新的方式复盖了165至852nm的波长范围。其色散可满足不同波长范围的要求而没有通常真空光谱仪的缺点。
A new simultaneous emission spectrometer with a program-scanning channel will be described, in particular its application to ICP emission spectroscopy. At the same time, the instrument covers a wavelength range of 165 to 852 nm in a completely new way. Its dispersion can meet the requirements of different wavelength range without the disadvantages of the usual vacuum spectrometer.
