当前,中等卫生学校青年教师在教学方式、教学理念、教学思维方面存在很多不足,直接影响到教学质量的提升和教学目标的达成,阻碍学生个人能力提升和实现顺利就业,急需采取切实有效的措施尽快加以解决。本文主要就中等卫生学校青年教师教学方面存在的不足和问题进行分析研究,尝试探索提升卫校青年教师教学水平的科学化途径。
At present, there are many deficiencies in the teaching methods, teaching ideas and teaching thinking of young teachers in secondary health schools, which directly affect the improvement of teaching quality and the attainment of teaching objectives, hinder the improvement of individual ability of students and the smooth employment, and urgently need to take practical and effective measures As soon as possible to solve.
