目的支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜切除喉部良性肿物。方法对30例喉部良性肿物在全身麻醉后支撑喉镜与鼻内镜联合下切除。结果 30例患者均一次手术彻底切除肿物,治愈率90%,有效率100%。结论支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜手术治疗喉部良性肿物,手术操作简单,疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To support laryngoscope and nasal endoscopic resection of benign throat. Methods Thirty patients with laryngeal benign tumor were treated with combined laryngoscope and endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia. Results Thirty patients underwent a radical resection of the tumor with a cure rate of 90% and an effective rate of 100%. Conclusion The support laryngoscope combined with endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of benign throat, the operation is simple, reliable, worthy of clinical application.
