饼类齿轮锻件的变形工步一般采用镦粗一终锻。它的坯件尺寸(镦粗直径)如何设计,锻工手册和锻造工艺等资料上仅给出了尺寸范围或定性地论述一下,工艺人员往往还需依靠经验来确定具体尺寸,这样就难免降低首次工艺文件的可靠性。我厂通过对大量的饼类齿轮锻件工艺进行分析和总结,摸索出了一种难充满点等距离的设计方法。经一年多来的生产实践验证,用这种方法设计的坯件金属分布合理,坯件尺寸与实际要求相符,是一种可行的设计方法。 1.金属分配合理的定义
