一、组织机构及人员组成 编审委员会(以下简称编委会)由若干名编委委员组成。编委委员由各单位推荐,理事会聘任。 编委会设主任委员(以下简称主委)1人,副主任委员(以下简称副主委)若干人。 编委会下设编辑部。编辑部设专(兼)职主编1人、副主编若干人,专职编辑1～2人,兼职编辑若干人,专(兼)职出版发行人员1人。另按专业聘请兼职编审若干人。 编辑部工作由一位编委会副主任委员分管,日常工作由专职编辑兼办。
