应用AVL公司的FIRE软件,通过改变不同的喷射参数,对直喷式柴油机的燃烧过程进行了多维数值模拟。本研究利用多维数值模拟,针对某直喷式柴油机,进行了喷油提前角和油束落点位置的模拟计算,并将数值模拟与试验研究相结合,优化选取了最佳喷油时刻为3°CA BTDC,并针对油束落点的位置对喷油嘴提出了改进方案,使油束落点高度尽可能一致且落在侧壁圆弧上,以便更有利于燃油与空气的混合,从而改善燃烧过程。
