企业的发展离不开优良素质人力资源队伍的支持。近年来,以特高压电网为骨干网架的智能电网建设迅速发展,迫切需要优秀人才给予强有力的支持,为了提高员工队伍素质,国家电网公司加大了人才培训开发的力度,建立了培训项目管理体系。结合国网甘肃省电力公司培训工作开展的实际情况,论述了提高培训管理水平和培训质量的方法与措施。
