又是一年开学季,托班的孩子第一次走出家庭,步入社会。从熟悉、宽松的家庭环境到既陌生又有约束的集体环境中接受教育,大部分的孩子都用哭闹来表达他们的不适应。经过一个多月的抚慰和相处,孩子们逐渐消除了对新环境的恐惧与陌生感,渐渐融进了小集体。当我静下心来,仔细观察我们这群宝贝的时候,却发现了一些不和谐的画面。画面一:早上,笑笑妈一进教室,就对迎在门口的牛牛大声呵斥:“你就是牛牛呀,你千万不要抢我们笑笑的玩具哦!”
