目的：研究调脂散胶囊对大鼠实验性脂肪肝的降脂作用。方法：采用喂养法建立实验性脂肪肝动物模型，测定生化指标。结果：调脂散胶囊组可明显降低肝总胆固醇、甘油三酯。结论：调脂散胶囊有很好的降低肝脂肪的作用，为调脂散胶囊作为防治脂肪肝的临床治疗用药进一步开发应用提供了重要依据。 Objective: To study the lipid-lowering effect of Tiaozhi San capsule on experimental fatty liver in rats. Methods: Animal models of experimental fatty liver were established by feeding method and biochemical indexes were measured. Results: Tiaozhisan capsule group can significantly reduce liver total cholesterol and triglyceride. Conclusion: Tiaozhi powder capsule has a good effect on reducing liver fat, which provides an important basis for the further development and application of Tiaozhi powder capsule as a clinical treatment drug for preventing and treating fatty liver.
