研究地铁特色服务,文章比较国内外地铁的特色服务,经过比较,从中找出我国地铁特色服务的差异和存在的问题。我国地铁服务在发展过程中应该借鉴国外先进的服务意识,结合本土的文化特色,提升地铁的整体服务水平,朝服务的网络化、一体化、人性化等方向发展。在地铁设计时应结合本土文化,把我国地铁服务建设成为具有现代化的特色服务,建设成为和谐地铁。
This paper studies the special service of subway and compares the special service of subway at home and abroad. After comparing, the paper finds out the differences and existing problems of special service of subway in our country. In the process of development, China’s subway service should draw on advanced foreign service awareness, combine local cultural characteristics, improve the overall service level of the MTRC, and develop towards the networked, integrated and humane services. In the metro design should be combined with local culture, the construction of China’s subway service has become a modern characteristic service, building a harmonious subway.
