叶酸是核酸合成代谢中的重要辅酶,叶酸缺乏的常见病症是DNA合成障碍而导致巨幼细胞性贫血。溶血性贫血,骨髓病性贫血亦可见于叶酸缺乏,应用叶酸拮抗剂(如抗癫痫药、化疗药),体内虽无叶酸缺乏,但亦可见叶酸缺乏的症状。血清叶酸测定对于巨幼细胞型贫血及其他类型贫血的诊断,以及急性白血病、恶性肿瘤化疗后的血液学改变的观察均有重要意义。我们用~(125)Ⅰ放射免疫法测定了某些血液系统疾病的血清叶酸浓度并作正常对照。现报告如下:

Determination of serum folate for the diagnosis of megaloblastic anemia and other types of anemia, as well as acute leukemia, malignant tumor hematological changes observed after chemotherapy are of great significance.
