随着2009年春天来临,楼市沐浴在明媚的阳光中,仿佛出现了回暖迹象。此前“房地产开发商将现破产潮”的观点不见了踪迹。据统计局公布,中国第一季度商品房销售额较上年同期增长23.1%,至5059亿元,其中商品住宅销售额较上年同期增长24.7%。
With the advent of spring 2009, the property market bathed in bright sunshine, as if signs of a warming up. Previously “real estate developers will be tidal wave ” point of view disappeared. According to the Bureau of Statistics, the sales of commercial buildings in China increased by 23.1% over the same period of last year to 505.9 billion yuan, of which the sales of commercial residential buildings increased by 24.7% over the same period of previous year.
