我国北方城市传统的除雪理念是雪停后除雪,这种除雪方式主要是清除压实雪。压实雪除雪机械设计技术难度较大,设备制造成本较高,除净率低,工作效率低,难以大量推广应用。阐述了城市道路机械化“实时除雪”的全新理念。机械化“实时除雪”方式是以清除散雪为主,使用散雪除雪机械在降雪过程中边下雪边清除,雪停后除雪工作基本完成。基于这一理念开展研究工作并开发出JD-SX2800、JD-SX3500型散雪除雪机。除雪机采用小型农用自卸汽车做为配套动力,结构简单,制造成本低廉。对上述除雪机的设计思想、结构设计、液压控制系统设计、配套动力选择及技术性能指标等作了介绍。两种机型的除雪厚度为0~400mm,行走速度8~25km/h,除雪装置质量270~320kg。
