《新课程》为数学教学提出了新的理念和要求,作为一名数学教师要跟随教程,追随时代的脚步,及时调整教学方案,为学生们更好地学习数学奠定坚实的基础。关注学生的学习态度,关注学生的情感变化对于引导其积极的学习有着极大的作用。这也就是说在制定教案的时候,要把智力因素和非智力因素都考量进去,教师不仅仅要注重考试测验的结果,更要注重学生学习和解题的过程。数学课堂是需要教师与学生共同完成的,教学中的这种互动究其根本是师生互相认知,彼此了解对方的的一种沟通方式。问答式提问教学能够在很大程度上启发学生进行思考,能够发挥学生的主观能动性,通过自己的分析最终找出问题的答案。本文将通过明确教学目标,师生互动、教学相长,鼓励提问、用心倾听三方面来谈谈数学教学心得。
The New Curriculum puts forward new ideas and requirements for math teaching.
