《思想道德修养与法律基础》课是高校思政理论课的“入门课”。根据中央的部署和统一要求,《思想道德修养与法律基础》课使用全国统编教材。高职院校教师吃透教材、用好教材关键,在于把握道德与法律的内在联系、抓住社会主义核心价值体系主线、讲透马克思主义关于“人的本质”的科学理论。
The course of “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Law Basis” is the “introductory lesson” of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. According to the requirements of the Central Government for deployment and unification, the national unified teaching materials are used in the “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Law Basics” class. Teachers in higher vocational colleges have thoroughly penetrated teaching materials and used them well. The key lies in grasping the internal relations between morality and law, grasping the main line of the socialist core value system, and penetrating into the Marxist scientific theories concerning “the nature of human beings ”.
