目的：探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的疗效。方法将72例高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平2．5mg治疗。观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平5mg治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效，血压、血糖及血脂变化情况。结果观察组总有效率91．7％高于对照组总有效率75．0％；治疗后2组的舒张压及收缩压较治疗前明显下降；治疗后观察组空腹血糖、胰岛素水平较治疗前及对照组明显下降，胰岛素敏感性指数较治疗前及对照组上升；三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较治疗前及对照组显著降低，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇较治疗前及对照组升高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压疗效显著。“,”Objective To study the curative effect of levamlodipine besylate in treatment of hypertension .Methods 72 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each of 36 cases.Control group received amlodipine 2.5mg treatment.Observation group received benzenesulfonate levamlodipine 5mg treatment.After treatment compared the clinical efficacy ,blood pressure ,blood glucose and blood lipid changes of two groups .Results The to-tal effective rate of observation group was 91.7%higher than 75.0%of control group;After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment ;After treatment the fasting blood glucose and insulin levels of observation group was lower than before treatment and control group ,insulin sensitivity index was significantly decreased compared with before treatment and control group;The triglycerides ,total cholesterol ,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels was significantly lower than before treatment and control group;the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased compared with before treatment and control group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of levamlodipine besylate in treatment of hypertension is good .
