91年5月21日至23日在皮亚季戈尔斯克国立外语师范学院举行科学实践会议《早期外语教育:问题和前景》,参加会议的有学术界代表、大学教师、教学法专家、有实践经验的小学教师、苏联国家教委和俄罗斯联邦教育部的专家。会议内容包括在幼儿园和小学外语教育的心理特点,教育过程的内容和规程问题。与会者交流了如何进一步去组织早期教育的想法,如何消除在培训师资、保障物质技术和教学方法方面的困难。皮亚季戈尔斯克国立外语师范学院院长Ю.С·达维多夫主持会议,他强调有必要培训具备高职业水平的新型教师,他们不仅精通语言,而且要善于在不同条件下工作。幼儿园和小学开设外语迫使高等师范院校修订
Academic Experience, Issues and Prospects for Scientific Practice at Pia Pijiji’s State Foreign Language Teachers College, May 21-23, 1991, attended by representatives from academia, university teachers and pedagogics experts Practical experience of primary school teachers, the Soviet State Board of Education and the Russian Federation Ministry of Education experts. The meeting includes the psychological characteristics of kindergarten and primary school foreign language education, the content of education process and the issue of procedures. Participants exchanged ideas on how to further organize early education and how to eliminate the difficulties in training teachers, safeguarding material technology and teaching methods. Áve Davigov, President of the State Foreign Language Teachers College in Pyatigorsk, presided over the meeting. He emphasized the need to train new teachers with high professional standards who are not only proficient in languages but also good at working under different conditions.
