2007年10月1日~11月31日,国家电网公司农电工作部为了提高农电系统优质服务水平、深入开展“优质服务年”及“百问百查”活动,进一步树立“国家电网”品牌,与本刊联合举办了以“假如我是客户”为主题的征文活动。在各网、省电力公司的支持下,在广大读者的积极参与下,征文活动取得了良好效果。活动期间,共收到来稿638篇,目前,征文活动已经进入评选阶段。根据活动的总体安排,自本期开始,本刊将陆续发表部分优秀来稿,希望这些稿件的观点能给县供电企业广大员工带来新的启迪,继而推动农电系统优质服务再上一个新的台阶。
