针对带式输送机跑偏实际,分析了带式输送机跑偏原因,详细介绍了当前的带式输送机调偏装置,设计了深槽大倾角调偏托辊,采用双排结构实现深槽运输,前排托辊采用锥形托辊,通过前倾结构自动地定心。当发生跑偏时,输送带驱动立辊带动托辊架转动,使得托辊轴线倾斜,产生向心力,完成跑偏的校正,深槽调偏托辊较好地完成了带式输送机深槽运输的跑偏防治。
